And the winner is.............. Yolanda Adams Only one Gospel category during BET's annual BET Awards show. Four other artists were nominated along with Yolanda Adams. Kim Burrell James Fortune and FIYA Fred Hammond Trin-I-Tee 5:7 I wonder what the process of voting is for this award show. Not taking anything away from Yolanda Adams, but I sometimes feel like they "play safe" in this category. I can think of plenty more gospel artists that are working just as hard right now. But in any right.....congratulations to all nominees and of course, the WINNER, Ms. Yolanda Adams!
